This notice explains how QDOS Accident Assistance Ltd (“QDOS”, “we”, “us”) handles the personal details you give us when you complete the enquiry form on this page or contact us by phone or email. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide:

• Your name
• Your bodyshop’s name
• Your phone number

If you call or email us instead, we collect the contact details and any information you choose to share about your enquiry. We do not use this page to collect any special category data.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to contact you back about your enquiry and discuss referring a non-fault repair to QDOS. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you have started. We do not use these details for marketing unless you separately agree.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is handled by the QDOS team. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by our hosting and form provider (Netlify) acting as a data processor. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for as long as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
